健康日记-用餐后的七大危险动作

DON'T ACT THE 7 ACTIONS BELOW AFTER YOU HAVE A MEAL

您用餐后千万不要做以下这7种动作

  1. Don't smoke - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher). 不要抽烟 - 专家的实验证明,饭后吸一支烟相当于平常抽10支香烟(患上癌症的机率较高)。
  2. Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hour after meal or 1hr before meal. 不要立即吃水果 - 用餐后立即吃水果将导致胃部因空气而肿胀。所以要饭后1-2小时或饭前1小时吃水果。
  3. Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest. 不要喝茶 -  因为茶叶通常含有高酸性。这种酸性物质将导致我们所摄取食物中的蛋白质含量变硬,因此会比较难消化。
  4. Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked. 不要松开你的腰带 - 在饭后松开腰带很容易造成肠子扭曲和阻塞。
  5. Don't bathe - Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach. 不要洗澡 - 饭后洗澡时会使得血液流量增加到手,脚和身体的其他部位,因此会减少胃部周围的血液。这将削弱我们胃部的消化系统。
  6. Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. 不要散步 - 大家总是说'饭后走100步可以活到99岁。事实上并非如此。走路时会导致消化系统无法吸收我们摄取食物中的营养。
  7. Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine. 不要立即睡觉 - 我们摄取的食物将无法适当的消化。因此可能导致胃部和肠部的感染。
