昨天晚上在成功学院上了最后一堂课,是关于个人成长。我相信每个人都需要个人成长,而这是随着个人的经历和学习而累积的。

个人成长是一个过程,而不是一个总站。Personal Development is a progress, and not a Station.

个人成长是一个人生旅程,也许在之间有很多的停站,可是绝对不是总站。

一切都是关于梦想,目标和行动。想想自己想要些什么,然后在付出有利的行动来得到它。It’s About DREAMS, GOALS, ACTION. Think about what you want to get, then do the necessary things to get it.

想法就是一切的开始。想法产生感觉,感觉产生行动,行动产生结果。Thoughts Are Things. Thoughts create Feelings, Feelings create Actions, Actions create Results.

仔细想想,如果您有消极的想法,凡事都先想到不可行,不可以等等,那您带出来的感觉也是消极的,不可行的,那您的行动也会变得是消极的,敷衍的,随便的,那当然您得到的结果也是不成功的。如果相反的,您得想法非常正面,非常积极,那您得到的结果,当然就会是您想要的,慢慢去体会吧!

一个简单可是就可以测试出您的想法的练习,自己那出一张纸,然后把以下的字眼一出现在您得脑海时第一时间内写出您的十个想法。Write down your 10 thoughts.

  3. 家庭 Family
  4. 时间 Time
  5. 问题 Problems

看看自己写出来的想法,就知道你是积极还是消极了。然后检视一下,如果几个月后,或一年后不想要同样的想法,那就要马上开始改变了。

如果你认为你可以,你是对的。如果你认为你不可以,你也是对的。If you think you can, you’re right. If you think you can’t, you’re also right.

外面市场的竞争庞大,我们必须要给出最好,不要害怕吃亏地多踏出一步。往往胜利者和失败者就是只差那么一点点坚持。赛跑第一名和第二名的分别只相差一步而已。坚持一点,每一天多付出一点点就好了。

另外一个好玩的练习是关于梦想,如果金钱不是一个问题,您最想要做些什么?在十分钟内写出50个想要做的事情。If money was not an issue… I would be… Write down 50 things to do within 10 minutes.

过了十分钟后,看看自己写了多少个想要做的事情,然后把每一件想要做的事情设定一个时间,可以以6个月,1年,3年或5年为期。如果一个梦想没有设定时间,那这是一个空想,只是一个期望。

如果梦想不大,很容易就会被小小的障碍挡着了您的梦想,因为看不到,所以就放弃了。所以您可以挑战自己,将自己的梦想扩大,然后付诸行动去争取。

行动是连接内心世界和外面世界(您想要的东西)的桥梁。Action is the bridge between your inner world and outer world. (What you want)

创业日记-10 Ways To Make 2011 A Better Year (in your MLM business)

At the end of last year, I wrote an article about the 10 ways to make 2010 a better year. If you have not read it, you can find it here. This year, I am going to give you another 10 tips to have a better year (2011) in term of making money in your MLM business.

1. Find A MLM

Yes of course this is the first thing you need to do. If you are already in a MLM business you are committed to, then you are sorted. If you are still looking, find one with the best training, support and system. The company, compensation plan and products are also important but I believe you should put more emphasis in the training, support and system, as without these, you will not succeed in any business regardless of how good the company or products are.

2. Stick With One MLM For The Next 12 Months

Once you have found the right opportunity, stop looking. Do not even consider anything else. Although as a whole we should be open-minded but for the sake of making money in MLM in the next 12 months, be close-minded and laser-focused for the next 12 months. If someone shows you a ground floor, prelaunch or “the best and latest” opportunity, say “no” and “thank you” politely. There is only one good opportunity in 2011 and that is the one you are in. Period.

3. Find A Mentor

Find a successful leader in your company and learn from him or her. Your mentor does not have to be your direct sponsor but preferably in your upline support team to ensure that they have a strong interest in your success. You can also find a generic coach outside your MLM but please be careful about this as there are a lot of so called ”gurus” or “coaches” whose main goal is to sell you their expensive tools.

4. Use A System

System, either online or offline, is essential to your success in MLM. Hopefully the company or team you choose will provide you with a good system. If not, you can always find a generic marketing system to use. If your company has a binary compensation plan, that is a great generic system you can use. I don’t particularly recommend one of those complicated “Attraction Marketing” system because personal experience and experiences from many successful network marketers tell me that those system are too complicated to allow duplication.

5. Expose Your Business To 2 Person A Day

Either online or offline, try to expose your business opportunity or products to at least 2 person a day. If you commit yourself to doing this, you will have 730 exposures in the next 12 month just by doing this simple task.

6. Use The Products

I really don’t understand people who are in MLM but do not use their own products. Can you imagine you own a coffee shop and you go buy coffee from Starbucks? What does that say about your own product? If you want your customers or members to believe in it, you better believe in it yourself. Set an example and be the product of the products.

7. Attend at least 1 Major Event

If you can, do this at the beginning of the year. Most companies have major events like conventions or conferences in major countries they are in. Get to the event and bring some people with you. It is a well known fact that events create momentum in businesses. This is what the successful people do. So to be successful, you have to do it too.

8. Commit To Personal Development

Find a way you can constantly improve yourself. Set yourself a goal on how many personal development books or audios  you want to go through in the next 12 months. I highly recommend Robert Kiyosaki, Jim Rohn and Brian Tracy’s products. If you want a good MLM related training audio, Eric Worre’s Go Pro is a good buy.

9. Be Professional

Treat it as a real business and be professional about it. Stop treating your business as a hobby or put it on hold when you are busy. If you have spent $1 million buying a McDonald franchise, will you stop doing business when you are too busy with other “stuffs”? Treat your MLM business as a real business and your only ticket to financial freedom. Be proud of what you do and be professional.

10. Commit Yourself and Your Team to The Steps Above

Be accountable to yourself and be responsible to your own success or failure (hopefully not). Make you follow all those steps mentioned above, and more importantly, get your team members to follow as well!

I do honestly think if you can do all these in 2011 consistently, there is NO REASON why you can’t make money. Tell me at the end of 2011 how you get on!

学习日记-No Matter How Busy You Are

No matter how busy you are, make sure to find some time over the next two weeks to reflect, think, give and plan.

The week between Christmas and New Year’s is the ideal time for this. Try to slow things down. Spend time with the ones you love and care about. Take some time to talk with your spouse and kids about goals and dreams for the next year. Use this as a time to recharge your batteries (and not just by watching TV the entire time), and with excitement, think about a handful of changes or additions you want for your life in the New Year.

I believe you will find the act of reflecting, thinking, dreaming and planning (with your family) to be one of the most important exercises you can do that will positively impact the next 12 months.

And, remember, do not neglect to commit yourself to set this time aside, or you will find that the business of life can and will get in the way.

So, let’s all take a moment to gather up the past year of victories and defeats, growing as well as those times of stagnation, and use it to wipe a clean slate and thoughtfully design the next year the way we truly desire it to be.

平时不养生,老年养医生

不晓得您知不知道,生病的代价是多少呢?现在的医药费和医生的手术费,渐渐地加价了。也许你知道,也许你不知道,可是如果您知道了这些价钱,你应该会吓一跳吧!那如果现在你认为你连多一点点的吃饭钱都没有的话,那你认为你以后可以负担得起这些昂贵的价钱吗?

一年一度的圣诞节又到了,祝所有亲爱的家人和朋友圣诞节快乐。圣诞节是一年当中最浪漫的一个节日,可在马来西亚的庆祝就没有比其他西方国家来的隆重。

也许是年纪大了,圣诞节也只想好好休息一下,都没有到外面做什么倒数活动了,享受在家的乐趣!今年圣诞节的愿望时,希望明年圣诞节可以在国外庆祝!

这是我的鸡扒大餐,营养蛮均衡的,除了鸡扒有用油之外,全都是煮和生的,可以保持蔬菜的营养~还有简单的薯泥,所以就是鸡肉的蛋白质和脂肪,薯泥的碳水化合物,还有蔬菜的维他命和矿物质等等。

创业日记-最公平的奖赏制度

最近在Eugene和Yen的营养俱乐部中心报了一个成功学校School Of Success,简称SOS的商业课程,总共是四堂课,都是关于在商业上的资讯。当中课程包括了解最公平的奖赏制度,在经济趋势上的身心健康行业,金钱管理,以及超强事业系统。

第一堂课就是最公平的奖赏制度(Fairest Compensation Plan),大部分的人如果想要赚取收入,都会选择打工,这个群组占了90%-97%,只有少数3%的人会想透过其他方法赚取收入,比如创业,投资等等。

那打工一族的薪水到底是由谁来决定的呢?也许你会想是老板,那老板又如何衡量呢?是基于市场的价值吗?还是基于其他老板所付出的呢?其实真正在控制着你的薪水的,就是那3%的人,他们决定市场每个职业的价值,是如何的呢?他们首先决定自己要赚多少钱,然后把剩余的一些百分比当着薪水让员工享有。也许你觉得很荒谬,可是事实如此,打工一族认命吧!

这个图表里面的都是大部分的事业模式,可以很清楚地表示了各行各业都是以多层次模式经营,其他大部分的利益都是归在最上层的。唯有网络行销的利益是大家基于百分比对分的。也就是说如果大家一起努力的话,大家都可以得到相对的利益,就绝对不是所有的利益都归于最上层。甚至如果你的能力超过上层,你可以超越上层成为他的上层,这就是所谓的公平奖赏制度。

学习日记-Zumba健身舞

最近开始学习Zumba Fitness健身舞,渐渐地开始爱上了舞蹈。虽然说舞蹈必须要趁年轻学,年纪大了,骨头也脆了,不过还是有开始比没有开始好吧!

其实在Juicy Jux那边和Marcia学了大概一个月了,总共学了四堂课,还算不错呢,至少可以掌握几首歌的舞步了。刚好昨天Marcia不舒服,不能做太激烈的舞步,所以就要我带班,展示一些比较激烈的歌曲。突然间的要求,让我非常紧张呢,可是还是提早一点倒,做最后的复习,结果还是有展示了几首比较激烈的歌曲。

Zumba健身舞是一种有益身心健康的舞蹈,因为它结合了拉丁舞蹈,而且舞步非常容易上手,主要的目的就是要让每一个人容易跟上,而且可以当是运动的一种,帮助燃烧卡路里,提升精神和体力,还有就是放松心情。

我现在很努力地在学习当中,希望以后可以在我的俱乐部里开班教导顾客好玩的运动方式。

Little Health Mistakes

Regular Health Mistakes

All of us make little health mistakes that cause damage to our bodies in the long run - simply because we are unaware we are doing something wrong. Here are some of the most common mistakes made by many of us.

Crossing our Legs

Do you cross your legs at your knees when sitting? Although we may believe that this is the lady-like elegant way to sit, sitting this way cuts down circulation to your legs. If you don't want varicose veins to mar the beauty of your legs and compromise your health, uncross your legs every time you realize you have one knee on top of the other. The best way to sit is to simply place both legs together on the floor, balancing your weight equally. If you feel like changing position, instead of crossing your legs, simply move both legs together to one side. As an alternative, you could also consider crossing your legs loosely at the ankles. This is a classically elegant way to sit, and is far better for your legs and your health than sitting with your legs crossed at your knees.

Not changing our Toothbrush

How often do you change your toothbrush? Most of us wait until most of the bristles have either fallen off, or are in such bad shape that we'd be embarrassed to pull out our brush in public. However, since not many of us need to pull out our brush in public, we carry on with our frayed one until we lose it. Replace your toothbrush often. Damaged bristles can harm the enamel, and don't massage your gums well. If you find brushing your teeth a pain like I do, but know you must do it, you might as well be doing it right. Imagine going through the annoyance of brushing your teeth twice a day only to find out that you're damaging your enamel every time you clean your teeth. Also, use a brush with soft bristles unless your dentist has advised otherwise.

Eating out often

There are oils that are high in cholesterol, and oils that cause little harm and are better for your heart. However, no matter how light the oil is, it is never a good idea to eat too much of it. Avoid fried foods. Remember that in all probability your favourite Indian food restaurant throws a huge, HUGE chunk of butter in a tiny bowl of dal. Rita, who worked in the kitchen of a 5 star hotel, was shocked when she saw the cook chop a 500gm butter slab in half, and throw half into a Paneer Makhani dish. No wonder the customers left licking their fingers. And no wonder they felt so stuffed and heavy afterwards. Limit outdoor eating unless you know that you’re getting served light and healthy food.

Skipping Breakfast

Never, ever skip breakfast. Remember, when you wake up in the morning it's been around 10-12 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food now, more than at any other time. Eat a heavy breakfast. You will then be busy through the day, and the calories will get expended quickly. If you are trying to diet, eat a light dinner. Here are some more common health mistakes we make. Being informed and making a few changes can help make us feel a whole lot better.

High Heels

High heels sure look great, but they're murder for your back. This however doesn't mean you should steer clear of stilettos. Wear them, but not when you know you will be walking around a lot. Wear them when going out for lunch or dinner - when the only walking you will be doing is to your car, to the table, and back. Avoid high heels when you are going somewhere on foot. If you are constantly tempted to wear your heels, take a good look at your flats. Is there something about them you dislike? Invest in a new pair of beautiful flats or shoes with a low heel. Buy something you love, that you will enjoy wearing. If possible, get a matching bag. You will then enjoy your flats as much as you do your heels.

Sleeping on a Soft Bed

You don't have to sleep on the floor be kind to your back, but do make sure you have a firm mattress. Although a mattress on springs is soft and lovely to sink into, it's bad for your back. If you already have an old bed with springs, you don't need to invest in a new one - simply get a thick wooden plank put over the springs, and place the mattress on the plank. Similarly, if your mattress is old and lumpy, throw it out and get a new one. Your neck and your back will thank you. The same rule applies to sofas. If you will be spending hours on a sofa, get a firm yet comfortable one. Sofas you completely sink into are not the best idea.

Pillows

No matter how comfortable sleeping with ten cushions is, have pity on your neck and resist. Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick. If your pillow gets lumpy, discard it and go for a new one. Get a thin pillow if you sleep on your stomach, and something a little thicker if you sleep on your back, to give your neck adequate support.

Not Exercising

So all of us know we should exercise more, but many of us don't. This is a health mistake we consciously make! And why is that? Simply because we refuse to admit the damage we are causing to our bodies by not working out.. A number of people only start working out once they've experienced a warning signal. Don't wait for a heart attack to strike before you decide to opt for a lifestyle change. Make the change now. You don't need to train for the marathon to be in top shape. Half an hour of brisk walking three to four times a week will make a world of difference to your health. You could then increase this to forty minutes, four times a week - and you're all set. If you haven't exercised for a week, you're making a mistake.

Winter

冬季:成长茁壮的季节。

就好比一个人面临着生活上的低潮,无论是事业,经济,健康或亲人上。这是人之常情,每个人都会面对的季节,可是最重要是我们要如何面对冬季。成熟的人会修养生息,成长茁壮,变得更聪明,而且更好,利用冬季的优势来发展自我,储备能力来迎接春季的到来。

Spring

春季:发挥优势的季节

这就是所谓的机会,一定要抓紧机会来发挥所有在冬季是所学习之能力。如果想要在秋季丰收,现在正是播种的时候。大量的进行可以让你达成目标的活动,把自己变得忙忙碌碌的,因为春天的时间是有限的。这也不是计较效果的季节,因为时机还未到。

夏季:耕耘的季节

学习在整个夏季保护你的作物,为他们施肥。一旦你栽苗之后,昆虫和杂草势必会侵害你的作物,除非你加以制止,否则它们必能得逞。成功的因素之一就是学会保护你苦心经营的东西。

在夏季的两个真理,第一是所有的好东西都会遭到攻击,第二是所有的价值都需要加以维护。比如说找到了新顾客,就开始要保护顾客,让顾客得到你提供的价值,然后好好跟进顾客的每一个进度,那这个顾客一定会带给你财富。

Autumn

秋季:负责的季节

秋季是我们为春季和夏季所做的努力收成的季节。不管是丰收还是欠收,我们都必须要承担后果,对自己负责任。承担完全的责任是人性最高的表现之一,也是最难的一种。

可悲的事实

前几天翻开报章,看到了一个可悲的事实,马来西亚的肥胖和健康问题真的是越来越严重了,竟然有超过60%的人口肥胖的数据,而且是亚洲最肥胖的国家。这些事实真的不可忽视,很多人不了了之,完全不照顾自己的健康,非常的自私,因为这样会造成下一代产生同样的问题。而如果这个问题没有被改善,试想想如果全国人民都生病了,那有谁来工作?那国家的经济由谁来支撑?

当我们享受美食的时候,感觉是很快乐的,因为可以满足了胃口,觉得很有满足感。可是往深一层去想,这些吃进去只为了满足胃口的食物,是我们身体所需要的吗?往往需要和想要,总是让人搞不清楚,也是大部分人完全不会去考虑的问题。

从小到大的教育就是,小孩子多吃一点不用紧,年轻人多吃一点不用紧,可是当了成年人或年长的时候,少吃一点就成了问题,因为已经习惯了多吃一点,就是那样就贡献了马来西亚的健康问题的指数。可悲的是现在的小孩也成了贡献马来西亚健康问题指数的来源,而且是一发不可收拾的。

可以看到这些都是马来西亚美味的食物之一,都是高碳水化合物和低营养素的,尤其是把这些食物当早餐的话,更是增加马来西亚肥胖率的元凶。当然这些都是美味可口的食物,一想到就流口水,可是这只是满足你的胃口,完全没有体会过你的身体到底需要些什么?

一步一步地成长

看着这边的伙伴们渐渐地成长,心里感觉很开心,很满足。所谓的成长,并不是年龄的成长,而是个人的成长。相隔只有短短的两三个月的时间,回想起之前,现在已经是判若两人了。

成长的过程中,个人会变得更加踏实,更加积极,更加正面,更加成熟,在于处事和处人方面。

看着他们有习惯性地拿着书本,一有空档时间就拿出来看,不断地学习,这就是所谓的个人成长,修身养心的过程。

所以书中自有黄金屋,看书的过程不需要快,不需要多,最重要能够体会和了解书中的意义。

如果一个人停止学习,就是停止成长。而这个人停止成长,收入也会跟着停止增长了。

可是听着另外一边的伙伴,却因为一些外不管紧要的问题而停止向前走,停止成长,心里感觉真的很惋惜。毕竟是自己亲自一手一脚培养出来的优秀伙伴,现在遇到一些小问题就退缩了,也许是自己的疏忽,没有在伙伴身上建立好一份坚强的信念。从失误的过程中学习,累计经验,确保不再会有下一次的事件发生。

此刻只希望伙伴可以仔细再想清楚,当初的远景,和这段时间大家一起的经历。希望伙伴能够振作起来,继续地宣扬他那非凡的效果,继续地帮助其他人。

成功培训研讨会

星期日对于我们来说是学习日,启发日,可是对于大部分人,就是休息日,可以睡觉到太阳差不多下山才起身,以前的我就是那样的啦!

感谢Rahimah总裁震撼人心的分享,令我很回味刚刚加入康宝莱的那段时间,凡事都抱着学习态度,学习基本功,每天都重复做最基本的事情。可是日子久了,学习的过程也变得复杂了,整个人的经营模式也变得复杂了,所以事业也变得复杂了。而今天听了Rahimah总裁的分享,和回想起一些总裁的分享,他们都有一个共同点,就是保持简单,每天不断重复地做回最基本的工作,不断地重复,持续地,每一天,就是那样就可以成为总裁组了。

因为最近的确有了很大的转变,在于事业上和组织上,每每都会在想好像缺少了什么那样,为什么其他人的组织可以那么好,而我们的确没有比别人的好。无论如何,我们不能怪任何人,每个人都有自己的想法,所以一切都要由自己开始,别人想要有怎么样的一个组织模式,也是别人辛苦地经营出来的。如果自己想要有那样的一个组织,首先自己必须要先成为那样的人。

每天身边一定会出现很多的背音,这些背音的恐怖是你想象不了的,它会很理所当然地让你停止向前走,保护你,别让你受伤害。所以如果你想要活出自己,当你做任何事情和决定,一定要相信自己,相信公司,相信组织伙伴们,可以达成你的成功。

每天重复地提醒自己想要些什么,只有明确清楚自己的目标,人才会有动力。

保持简单,归零学习,愿意受教。最好的学习方法就是教导别人,所以要学习如何教导其他人。

人可以建立复杂的系统和简单的系统,可是复杂的系统不容易复制,只有复杂的人有能力使用。但是简单的系统却适合复杂和简单的人使用。

岁月不饶人,我们可以等,可是身边的人可以吗?一定要加快脚步了。。。加油加油!

开始玩微博了

最近常常看到报章,尤其是娱乐版,每个明星们都说在自己的微博发表近况,感觉上这个微博好像和面子书有点相似,所以很好奇地也申请了这个微博,现在还是在摸索的阶段。

微博比较没有那么多功能吧,反而习惯了面子书。而微博大部分都是写华语的,一样的可以分享自己的近况和心情等等,这点很相似。无论如何,这类社交网站,如果可以用得其所,将会得到很大的帮助。

美好时光的欢乐时光

今天中午的时段,我们在美好时光举办了一个欢乐时光,主要是让顾客可以带她们的同事朋友来了解营养的概念。内容包括简单的免费的体脂测量,健康讲座,表扬,和多颜色健康餐等等。最重要的是要让他们亲自了解营养俱乐部和康宝莱的使命和任务,就是要把健康带到给每一个人。

她们得到这些资讯后,都非常的惊讶,而且对我们提供的均衡营养餐非常有兴趣。

她是Siti,我们表扬她一个小小的礼物,因为她有蛮多的健康问题,开始接受我们并使用营养早餐,有减掉一点点的体重还有体脂肪。可是我们的任务重大,务必要帮助她改善所有健康问题和体重。

她是Khatijah,我们也是表扬她一个小小的礼物,因为她很想要减重,所以开始了营养早餐,差不多2个星期了,体重和体脂肪都有下降,虽然只是一点点,可是她非常的开心。我们的任务也是非常的重大,务必要帮助她达到减重效果。

健康讲座和表扬完毕,正是开始她们的午餐,我们为她们准备了健康完整的一餐,目的也是要让她们知道,如果想要透过本身的饮食来照顾健康,是需要怎样的食物和煮法。
