营养俱乐部每日贴士

今天我们的营养俱乐部是健身日(Fitness Day)

今天的主题是"“睡眠的时间和数量”Today’s topic “When and how much to sleep”

要活得长寿一点 - 一天至少要睡 6.5 至 7.5 个小时  To live longer – at least sleep 6.5 to 7.5 hours per night

要活得短寿一点 - 一天睡多过 8 个小时或少过 6.5 个小时 To live less – More than 8 hours or less than 6.5 hours

太长的睡眠会导致许多疾病比如抑郁症,肥胖症,心脏病等 Very long sleep is associated with many illnesses like depression, obesity, heart diseases & etc

最好的时间去睡觉 - 晚上9点至12点之间 Best time to go to bed – Between 9pm to 12am

尽量不要在睡觉前的 2 个小时做任何导致精神上或身体上有压力的事情Try don’t do anything mentally or physically stressful at least 2 hours before bed time
